Please see below the details of our newest product that is fully industrialized, third party verified, and ready to supply our customer needs.

At Taylor Home and Fashions, Ltd. we have made it our mission to address “Affordable Green Living.” We are making it attainable to the masses without sacrificing quality or style. After all, don’t we all deserve the “Green Life”?

GiDelave™ Textiles creates a paradigm shift in cellulosic yarn processing utilizing a color diffusion process that radically reduces water, chemical, infrastructure, and energy consumption over traditional package dyeing practices.

GiDelave™ is a continuous yarn coloration technology where color is transferred to the yarn structure without the use of traditional textile processing equipment and chemicals, high volumes of water, or large amounts of energy. Taylor Home and Fashion Ltd. can even supply “zero” effluent product upon request.

GiDelave™ yarns are as coarse as 1 NEC and as fine as 36/1 NEC are currently possible. Yarn is delivered for knitting or weaving as a single end package, ready for fabrication. GiDelave™ produces uniformly colored yarns with excellent light fastness, good wash fastness, and highly repetitive coloration, lot to lot.

GiDelave™ yarns are colored in the diffusion range using only a nonionic wetting agent, a water-based polymer and select pigments. All chemicals are free of any regulated or ZDHC hazardous chemicals, per the ZDHC RSL and MRSL. The chemicals are on BlueSign™ and Oeko-Tex™approved list. All pigments and chemicals are also screened by the VF Corporation’s “Chem-IQ” process. All GiDelave™ yarns and fabrics are Oeko-Tex™ Standard 100 certified.
